Green Shorts is an International Film Festival showcasing independent films that promote environmental awareness. The festival’s origins are rooted in Santa Barbara, CA and have been an important part of the Earth Day celebration since 2008.

This year’s festival will be held at the historic Arlington Theater in Santa Barbara on Friday, April 25th at 6:30 p.m. and will include environmental films from around the globe. About Green Shorts
The GSFF was founded in 2008 by Traffic Solutions and Community Environmental Council. It was created with the intention of bringing awareness to local environmental issues. In 2013 international film promoters, Film Skillet took the leadership role and opened the festival to filmmakers worldwide. We believe the current environmental issues facing humanity are a global problem. By working together we can find solutions.
